She moved away yesterday!

And I woke up today with this song in my head.

what a perfect halloween, too bad she's obviously not rad enough to fly off on a broomstick

Haha, quite fitting!
I hope you can have some peace now. :)

LOL. Or get squashed by a house flown in via tornado? I'm happy for your loss, Julie!

おめでとう!!!!!

Seems so wrong to write that for such an occasion, but I know she was making your life hell. Hopefully things will get back to normal for you now.

No, congratulations fits the situation, although my landlady deserves it the most. I have the best landlady ever.

My roommate moved out and I feel so happy and free. Last night, I cleaned my room with the door open and listened to Blankey Jet City and the New York Dolls. Just being able to prepare tomorrow’s lunch in the kitchen or listen to music in my own room is such a fresh idea that I don’t even want to do anything with my friends for the rest of the week.

My nice roommate Masae came home and said the same thing. We are smiling again. Masae had a glass of whiskey in the kitchen and made herself a salmon dinner to celebrate last night. She’s a really cool girl, in the true sense of that word. She’s very relaxed and laid back so it’s refreshing to be around her. I like her a lot.

We’re getting a new roommate soon, and as long as she’s sane and non-smoking, we’ll be happy.

wow - I hope you don't bump into Yukiko in the street?? She will go psycho!
But that's a happy ending to your housemate saga! :)

I love Blanket Jet City (mudane comment, I know).
