The other day I was watching TV at my friend's house and saw someone I recognized. He's a famous face in Japan and does a lot of modeling in various advertisements. I asked my friend who he was and got a look of shock from her. She told me that it was Ichiro Suzuki. He's possibly one of the most famous Japanese people in the world. Certainly, I knew his name but I had no idea what he looked like since my interest in baseball is hardly anything at all.So in case you have no interest in / knowledge of baseball, this famous model is Ichiro Suzuki.

I know nothing about baseball at all. It's popular in Japan and America. I used to have an old Seattle Seahawks tshirt in high school, though.
I weirdly think that Ichiro Suzuki looks a small bit like Brad Pitt. Is it the smile? Does anyone else see it?

Ah Julie! Seattle Seahawks is the football team from Seattle. The baseball team is Seattle Mariners - which coincidently, is the team Ichiro plays for.
He is definitely famous in the US - but especially here in the Pacific Northwest.
Haha, the Seahawks are our football team (I am from Washington) but I know what you mean. Ichiro plays for the Mariners and is really one of the only things they have going for them anymore. I had no idea he was a model though. He does look a tiny bit like Brad Pitt in that picture.
